Once Upon a Tree, conducted by composer, Pepper Choplin. Singers from Cary Community Choir and 13 churches: Cary Presbyterian, First Baptist Elkin, First Baptist South Boston VA, First Baptist Wilson, Greystone Baptist, Hayes Barton Baptist, Nashville Baptist, New Hope Baptist, Winstead UMC Wilson, Woodhaven Baptist Apex, Zebulon Baptist, Winstead UMC Wilson, Woodhaven Baptist. Before the cantata premiere, the choir and audience will sing hymns of the season with orchestra. SPECIAL GUEST, CALVIN CARTER, with his remarkable voice, will sing two spirituals.
